It’s no surprise that flodni has become a top shelf item in Hungarian patisseries. Centuries of cultural and historical incidents have formed this into the richest Hungarian Jewish pastry to date. The ingredients I use are very important to me since that’s what makes this an exceptional and harmonious pastry.
