The cuisine of Alabárdos is characterized by seasonality and respect of ingredients. Our aim is to present as many high-quality products as possible. Our chef, Pál Tóth’s attention extends to the smallest details, his impulses are understandable: colorful, complex, but not forced. He prepares his dishes using carefully selected ingredients with an exquisite knowledge of technologies.
