Exhibitor: Costes Izakaya
The meeting of cultures inspired the name Costes Izakaya. We believe that Costes, as a brand has become a kind of synonym for quality in domestic gastronomy, thanks to our Michelin-starred restaurants. Furthermore, it seemed almost obvious that we should present Far Eastern flavors in our restaurant portfolio, given that our company’s corporate executive chef, Márk Molnár had returned with decades of experience in Asian cuisine. This is how the name Izakaya came about, which was inspired by the hospitality industry concept is prevalent in Asian, particularly Japanese culture.
