Exhibitor: Ensō
Ensō ramen bar and Izakaya opened in 2020 in Baross street. The founders’ concept was to start their highly valued ramen culture in Hungary. The venue not only serves ramen, David Ruff and Martin Nádudvari serves dishes stretching from America to Asia in izakaya fashion. The restaurant interior is japanese wabi-sabi style, collecting our century’s priceless ceramics and glasses. The spot is located within Patyola:Próbaüzem – known for providing space for alternative formations looking for a home.
