Our gastronomy is characterized by the pure, distinctive style of the executive chef, Gábor Langer. The menu is all about great taste and fine-tuned balance. The fusion of different kitchens, quality ingredients and cooking techniques makes this minimalist concept surprisingly colourful. However, it’s the Hungarian cuisine that truly dominates the menu. The refined plate design as well as the perfect sparkling wine and wine pairings all contribute to the experience.
Besides wines harvested from organic vineyards and reflecting the unique terroir of Somló, Kreinbacher Estate produces traditional method sparkling wines.
