The One Eleven Coffee Roastery is owned by Attila Molnár who is a well-known coffee expert among the top quality coffee lovers. Attila has lived quite a few professional success stories as coffeeshop chain manager, founder of one of the first speciality espresso bars here, barista world championship finalist or coffee tool and drink developer.
Though his most exciting project is to manage his own roastery and create countless, unforgettable batches. To enhance this, at the end of 2023, inspired by a unique idea, he created the first coffee-tuned “fine tasting” restaurant in Hungary, the Opusz Terem, on the floor of his roastery. Despite of the industrial environment, you will transported in seconds from Sopron to the trendy gastronomy milieu of London or Paris. At Opusz Terem, they don’t necessarily think of coffee as a raw material, but they are setting a new direction from a conceptual and sustainability point of view.
