Chefparade Cooking School

(6-14 years)

In the world of gastronomy, even the youngest can find their way in the kitchen as they too are keen on the exciting and fragrant world it has to offer. In Chefparade’s kitchen, we welcome every child that wishes to bake or cook, with the help of a professional team. The festival’s featured dishes will be dumplings and caviar.
We look forward to working with young chefs, ages 6 and up. Registration will be held on-site.
 
Dumpling Arthur menu:
  • Baked gnocchi rolled in parmesan, in a tomato sauce
  • Fruit caviar beads
Gubanc menu:
  • Crab cake with fresh citrus, avocado mayonnaise
  • Walnut / Poppy seed guba with vanilla siphon custard and passion fruit dressing

Kerek Perec Gastronomy Playground

Get a glimpse into the everyday life of a waiter, chef, and confectioner! At our lively/cheerful restaurant you can learn more about what makes a menu appealing and about proper table setting. Help the chef design tasty sandwiches and place fresh items in the proper places.
