Our family farm is engaged in the cultivation and processing of saffron (Crocus Sativus L.). We offer saffron pistils, which are a versatile spice and medicinal herb. Thanks to our unique drying method, it has a wild orange, long-lasting flavor that is preserved even during high-temperature baking and cooking. It should not be missing from any chef’s spice kit. We also dry saffron petals, which can be used to make a spectacular tea. We make syrup, carbonated canned soft drinks, and saffron fruit and flower syrups from the pistils and petals.
