What happens when you take some young people who are obsessed with good cuisine and obsessed with sustainability? The answer is a Culinary Culture Shock Collective and Kitchen, which is not only about memorable flavours and modern gastronomy, but also about community. Working with 50+ small producers, we’ve reached out to any local farm to welcome them for a splash and our guest panel has us already asking for their next fundraiser to help non-profits together. A year and a half after we opened, Michelin appreciated our work and chose us as a recommended restaurant.
