101 Bistro is inspired by the busy bistro world and tea houses of Taipei. The menu is structured with an emphasis on classic and modern Taiwanese cuisine, strongly influenced by the flavours of mainland China, Japan and the Western world. An integral part of the restaurant’s concept is to blend local ingredients with oriental techniques, all while staying true to its origins, yet tailoring each dish to local needs.
