textures and flavour combinations. In addition to desserts, we also make our own croissants and pastries.
It is important to us that we only work with high quality ingredients. Taking care of our environment, we work with local producers whenever possible and give preference to fresh seasonal ingredients. We also use fruit from our own orchards to make our desserts.
