After last year’s success, we will again close the Goumet Academy programme with Flódni. “Improv gastronomy theatre with lots of laughs, a basically sweet taste and some sour zam with a touch of sour. All of this is stacked in layers of cultural history and then we turn up the heat. It comes out just like a delicious flodni,” says Judit Stahl, the show’s creator. The recipe is simple: we mix theatrical improvisation, gastronomic culture and the history of the Jewish Budapest of yesteryear. All this is served to the audience by four excellent actors of the improvisation genre, Péter Molnár Kálloy, Nóra Parti, Győző Szabó and Judit Schell!
