We have been in direct business with the best quality green coffee growers and farms in Central America, such as Guatemala, El Salvador and Costa Rica, since 2005, which has resulted in – in addition to a wealth of experience – an extremely stable and, perhaps more importantly, direct raw coffee supplier relationship through fair trade. From the procurement of raw coffee to production, everything takes place under our supervision. What does this mean? We select the given region and plantation coffee, then it goes to the coffee roaster in Hungary, where we process it according to our own recipe and roast it with a profile.
