MÁK restaurant

The restaurant’s head chef, János Mizsei, is inspired by the specialities of the ingredients he has personally experienced, the people and stories behind them, and his own experiences to create a progressive menu in line with the customs of the MÁK. The restaurant’s team travels the Carpathian Basin to discover the defining, unique and distinctive producers and sources of ingredients of a particular region, showcasing the values of that region in each new tasting menu.
