Szatmár Dry Cured was born after many years of planning and experimentation with the aim of making high quality cured meats available in Hungary. The brand was founded by Szilárd Tóth, Michelin-starred chef of SALT Budapest, and butcher Zoltán Vári, who use their dedication and expertise to create exceptional products. They use traditional methods and carefully selected ingredients to produce their cured meats, including guanciale, coppé and pancetta.
