I’m Ji Yicheng, and my mom is a really good cook. Our specialty is 饺子 jiaozi, batyu filled with meat, shrimp or vegetables. But the most important filling for us is love. My mum stretches the dough by hand, my dad fills and shapes the little batyu. And I represent the new generation and I’m trying to make my mum’s cooking a fashion in Hungary. For the Gourmet Festival we are also preparing some specialities. Be trendy, eat batyu.
