Zsolt Erdei, the founder of Premium Gin Hungary, is working on the promotion of gin in Hungary with a wealth of international experience, always going beyond the “traditional” tastings with his new ideas. One of Zsolt’s newest projects, Ginstronomy, which he and Krisztián Szűcs, who he met in Konyhafőnök, dreamed up together, will be presented at the Gourmet Academy. The concept aims to connect gin and food in a food pairing format. Gin will be featured not only in the drinks presented at the venue, but also in the seasoning and preparation of the dishes, offering a complete taste journey to the participants – us.
