Zsófia Sámson pastry chef, launched her one-person business during the pandemic. In her online shop, she delighted her customers with a variety of cakes and pastries, offering not only French specialties but also Hungarian classics. At the end of 2022, the now open-to-the-public pastry shop opened in the front of the Rumour restaurant, and the expanded team is eagerly anticipating its second year at this year’s Gourmet Festival!
