Fish Culinary highlights of Indochine in the heart of Budapest. Vietnam was a part of the French colonies for almost 60 years. During this period, Vietnamese gastronomy had been influenced by European and French cuisine – the products of this interaction still prevalent today. These specialties inspired the menu of Opium, featuring the owners’ family recipes and culinary memories of their childhood in a contemporary interpretation. Open since the summer of 2023, next to Sào, Khan and Quí, Opium is an exceptional feat for the design-conscious as well as for foodies seeking authentic flavours.
