Panificio il Basilico aka the Basil Bakery works with traditional technologies, uses first-rate and seasonal ingredients for its diverse goodies like the long fermented sourdough breads, the all time favourite cocoa swirl, and the thin crusted pizza baked in a spectacular wood burning oven, made in Naples. The products are made with time-honoured methods, high quality Hungarian flours, without any additives.
