This year the Taste of Transylvania team, via The Páva restaurant, the Carassia winery and the Vineta bar wishes to show a glimpse of how the natural, traditional Transylvanian cuisine can intertwine with flavors and sparkles made possible by modern technology. On their menu you can find a shepherd’s brunch prepared traditionally on open fire, the lamb, considered one of Transylvania’s treasures, the delicious eggplant cream and a selection of sparkling wines that match all of them perfectly.
